摘 要:为解决因组装等过程引入杂质而导致压力调整阀泄漏的问题,开展了滤网设计研究。首先对滤网选材;其次强度分析;最后对单阀试验、系统响应试验及压脱力试验。结果表明:滤网受到的拉应力远小于316L不锈钢丝的抗拉强度。选用120目滤网进行的单阀、系统试验均满足要求,不加滤网与加滤网试验值相比,两者波动较小。120目滤网的压脱力为132.25N。To solve the problem of leakage of pressure regulating valve due to impurity introduced during assembly process, research on the filter design. First of all, screen material selection; secondly, intensity analysis; finally, single valve test, system response test and pressure drop test are carried out. The results showed that: The tensile stress of the filter is far less than that of the 316L staiilless steel wire. The single valve and system tests with 120 mesh filter mesh all meet the requirements. Compared with the test values without filter mesh and with filter mesh, the fluctuation between them is smaller. The removal force of 120 mesh mesh is 132.25N.
