摘  要:以圆柱铣刀侧铣加工包络特征线求解模型为基础,建立刀具运动误差与侧铣加工曲面法向误差的微分关系,为机床误差与侧铣切削试件表面轮廓误差映射关系研究提供基础。以AC双摆头机床为研究对象,搭建机床伺服轴模型,仿真分析加工S形试件时机床伺服驱动轴跟随误差特性。建立侧铣加工法向轮廓误差微分模型,研究伺服跟随误差在S形试件法向轮廓误差的影响。This paper presents a differential analysis of the closed-form solutions for calculating the graze points and tool envelope surfaces of cylindrical cutter. This model can be used to analyze the relationship between the errors of five axis machine tool and the profile error of the machining test piece. Considering one kind kinematic configuration of a five axis machine tools and the control loop modal of motion axis, the tracking error of motion axis during the S shaped test piece machining is established in simulation. According to the influence of tracking errors on the S shaped test piece using proposed model, it illustrated that the S shaped test piece has some advantage to exhibit the servo mismatch and synchronous motion of five axis machine tools.
