摘　　要：杆管偏磨是高含水期油田抽油机井采油遇到的技术难题,研究防偏磨抽油杆、接箍和油管产品需要使用磨损试验机,目前常见的磨损试验机多为旋转运动,往复运动磨损试验机数量较少见到且价格较高。根据刨床所具有的往复式运动特点,利用这种成熟、价廉的机械设备,对其进行改制,以实现抽油杆或接箍与油管往复式磨损试验。在工作台上放置一个盛水的水池,将2个半剖开的油管平行固定在水池内,油管内各放置1个接箍,在接箍上放置加载重块,实现接箍与油管之间的正压力加载,在刨刀位置安装拨杆,拨动加载重块和接箍进行往复运动,这样就实现了接箍与油管之间磨损试验。通过对2个接箍加载230N、460N、690N和860N质量的重块,水温在20～80℃调节,进行了J55油管、N80油管、镀层油管、塑料内衬油管和涂层油管与接箍的磨损试验,达到了模拟抽油机井内接箍与油管磨损试验的目的,为相关产品研制提供了一套可靠、价廉的试验方法。Rod-tube eccentric wear is a technical problem in oil pumping wells in high water cut stage. Wear testing machine is necessary to research on anti-wear products such as sucker rod, coupling and tubing. The =lost conmlon wear testing machine is the style of rotary =lotion. The number of reciprocating wear testing machine is relatively low and the price is higher. According to the reciprocating movement characteristic of planer, this kind of mature and inexpensive machine is reformed to realize the reciprocating wear test of sucker rod or coupling and tubing. Place a pool on the workbench, the 2 half-cut tubing is fixed in parallel in the pool, each half-cut tubing is placed in 1 coupling. The loading block is placed on the coupling to get the positive pressure between the coupling and tubing. A lever is installed in the planer position. The lever push and pull loading block and coupling for reciprocating movement. The wear test between the coupling and the tubing can be achieved by loading 230N, 460N, 690N and 860N weights on 2 couplings and the water temperature is adjusted at 20-80℃. The wear test of J55 tubing, N80 tubing, electroplated tubing, plastic liner tubing and coated tubing with coupling is achieved. The wear test of coupling and tubing can be done with this machine on loading, temperature and movement style similar to downhole condition. It provides a reliable and inexpensive test method for the measurement of related products.
