余隙无级调节气量节能技术在循环氢压缩机上的应用

摘　　要：余隙无级调节气量节能技术在循环氢压缩机K2102A上的应用,实现了排气量在75%～99.9%负荷范围内的无级连续调节。该技术产品结构简单、安装施工简易、参数设置灵活、操控方便、自身能耗低、运行和维护费用少、近于免维护,压缩机输出气量稳定、运行环境得到改善、能降低压缩机的运行维护费用、延长压缩机及辅机的使用寿命,节能效果显著,每年可节约电费75.2万元和节约瓦斯费用107.33万元,投资性价比高、投资回收期仅3个多月。循环氢压缩机K2102A余隙无级调节气量节能技术的改造,达到了技术协议要求和压缩机气量无级调节及节能的目的。The application of the clearance stepless adjustment gas volume energy-saving technology in the circulating hydrogen compressor K2102A realizes the stepless continuous adjustment of the exhaust gas volume in the load range of 75%-99.9%. The technical product has the advantages of simple structure, simple installation and construction, flexible parameter setting, convenient operation, lower energy consumption, lower operation and maintenance cost, near maintenance-free, good stability of adjusting compressor output gas volume, better operating environment, lower compressor＇ s operation and maintenance cost, longer the service life of compressors and auxiliary machines, less energy and so on. It can save electricity costs of 752, 000 yuan and gas costs of 1.0733 million yuan per year. The cost-effective investment is high, and the investment recovery period is about three months. Reconstruction of the circulating hydrogen compressor K2102A clearance stepless adjustment gas energy saving technology has reached the technical agreement requirements and the stepless adjustment of the compressor gas volume and energy saving.
