摘 要:腐蚀疲劳破坏是腐蚀较严重井抽油杆主要损坏形式,造成抽油机井的检泵周期大大缩短。为了避免抽油杆腐蚀,研制出包覆型抽油杆。在抽油杆的杆体部位包覆超高分子量聚乙烯,在杆头部位采用热熔覆粉末喷涂工艺加工一层镍基合金,实现了耐腐蚀材料对抽油杆的全面包覆。经实际应用,验证了包覆型抽油杆抗腐蚀性能,成为解决抽油杆腐蚀问题的技术之一。Corrosion fatigue damage is the main damage form of sucker rod in severe corrosion wells, which shortens the pump cycle of pumping wells greatly. In order to avoid the corrosion of sucker rod, a cladding sucker rod is developed. Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene is coated in the rod body of sucker rod, and a Ni-base alloy is processed by hot-melt powder spraying technology in the rod connection part. The corrosion-resistant material is comprehensively coated with the sucker rod metal. The corrosion resistance of the coated sucker rod has been proved to be one of the techniques to solve the corrosion problem of sucker rod.
