摘  要:针对水泥、化肥等袋装物料装车行业对车辆定位、外形尺寸测量的需求研发了一种车辆识别算法。扫描仪测量取到多组数据后,根据扫描仪测量车厢边界优化算法得到车厢边界数据,最后,设计车型判断、位置信息、车厢尺寸的算法。该算法利用优化算法提高了精度,将停车时间缩减到了15s以内,提高了装车效率。A vehicle recognition algorithm is developed for the requirements of vehicle location and shape measurement in the loading industry of cement, fertilizer and other bagged materials. After a number of data are taken from the scanner, the boundary data of the carriage is obtained by the optimization algorithm of the scanner measuring car boundary. Finally, the algorithm of car model judgment, location information and car size is designed. The algorithm improves the accuracy by using the optimization algorithm, reduces the stopping time to less than 15 seconds, and improves the loading effciency.
