澳大利亚电力改革对我国电力零售市场的启示

摘　　要：我国电力改革已走完了第二步,现阶段推进配售电侧改革,最终全面开放电力市场,打破电力垄断。文章仅以零售市场作为切入点,借鉴澳大利亚电力市场改革中零售市场的做法和经验,对我国电力零售侧改革提出合理建议。China＇s electricity reform has completed the second step, at this stage to promote the distribution of electricity side of the reform, and ultimately fully open the power market袁 breaking the power monopoly. This paper only takes the retail market as the cut-in point, draws lessons from the Australian electricity market reform in the retail market practice and the experience, and puts forward the reasonable suggestion on the retail-side reform of our country＇s electricity.
