摘 要:随着社会的不断发展,特种车辆的生产规模和数量逐渐扩增,是保障社会生产生活正常运转的关键。轻便、稳定、灵活,是特种车辆的基本特点,只有不断提升特种车辆的性能,才能够促进其性能的有效发挥,为驾驶人员的有效操纵提供帮助。因此,应该对特种车辆的结构进行优化,提升特种车辆的安全性、稳定性和操纵性,体现特种车辆在社会生产生活中的应用价值。频响分析应用于特种车辆结构优化中,能够提升设计的规范性与科学性。文章将通过分析整车模型创建,探索基于频响分析的特种车辆结构优化设计策略。With the continuous development of society, the production scale and quantity of special vehicles are gradually expanding, which is the key to ensure the normal operation of social production and life. Portability, stability, flexibility are the basic characteristics of special vehicles, thus only by improving the performance of special vehicles can we promote the performance of its effective function, to provide help for the effective control of the driver. Therefore, the structure of special vehicles should be optimized to improve the safety, stability and maneuverability of special vehicles, and reflect the application value of special vehicles in social production and life. The application of frequency response analysis in the structural optimization of special vehicles can enhance the standardization and scientificalness of the design. This paper will explore the optimal design strategy of special vehicle structure based on frequency response analysis by analyzing the whole vehicle model.
