摘　　要：介绍了线路临时接地线的种类和工作原理,浅析了配网架空线路停电检修时在装设短路接地线时存在的问题,阐述了可调角度接地线夹和可脱式操作杆的设计理念、施工工艺、操作流程及优势和效益,为配网架空线路停电检修作业的短路接地提供了新参考。This paper introduces the types and working principles of the temporary grounding wire of the transmission line, and analyzes on the problems existing in the installation of the short-circuit grounding wire during the maintenance of the overhead distribution line during power outage. This paper expounds the design concept, construction technology, operation flow, advantages and benefits of the adjustable angle grounding clamp and detachable operating rod, which providesa new reference for the short-circuit grounding of the power failure maintenance operation of the overhead lines of the distribution network.
