摘 要:针对传统的氢氧化钠碱炼降酸值方法易皂化、后处理时间长、引起环境污染等问题,采用碱性氧化铝降低植物绝缘油的酸值至0.03mg KOH/g以下,并研究了该碱性氧化铝的用量、温度、反应时间等对降低植物绝缘酸值的影响。相比传统降酸值的方法,该方法具有降酸值效果明显、无皂化、反应时间短和反应后处理操作简单等优点。Sodium hydroxide is used to reduce acid value in the traditional method, which is easy to cause saponification, increase the time of reaction and lead to environmental pollution. Hence in this study, basic alumina is used to reduce the acid value in vegetable insulating oil to less than 0.03 mgKOH/g . The effects of the amount of basic alumina, temperature and reaction time on reducing the acid value in vegetable insulating oil were studied. Compared with the traditional method, the proposed method has the advantages of obvious effect of acid reduction, short reaction time, unsaponificationand simple workup operation after reaction.
