摘  要:建立高效液相色谱-质谱/质谱法和气相色谱质谱法,分别检测玉米植株、玉米和土壤中烟嘧磺隆、莠去津、2甲4氯异辛酯及其代谢物2甲4氯的最终残留。样品中烟嘧磺隆、莠去津、2甲4氯经乙腈(含0.1%乙酸)提取,PSA净化,高效液相色谱-质谱/质谱仪测定;2甲4氯异辛酯经乙腈(含0.1%乙酸)提取,弗罗里硅土柱层析净化,气相色谱质谱联用仪测定。方法的平均添加回收率为71.4%~108.2%,相对标准偏差为0.8%~19.1%;烟嘧磺隆、莠去津、2甲4氯、2甲4氯异辛酯的最低检测质量浓度为0.01 mg/L。检测方法简单、高效,准确度和灵敏度能够满足残留检测要求。A residual analysis method was developed for nicosulfuron, atrazine, MCPA, MCPA-isooctyl in corn plant, corn and soil by HPLC-MS and GC-MS. The residues of nicosulfuron, atrazine, MCPA in corn plant, corn and soil were extracted by acetonitrile (containing acetic acid 0.1%), purified by PSA, then detected by HPLC-MS. The residue of MCPA-isooctyl was extracted by acetonitrile (containing acetic acid 0.1%), purified by Florisil column and detected by GC-MS. The average recoveries of nicosulfuron, atrazine, MCPA, MCPA-isooctyl were 71.4%-108.2%, the relative standard deviations were 0.8%-19.1%. The limits of quantitation were all 0.01 mg/L. The methods were simple and efficient, the accuracy and the sensitivity of the method met the requirements of residue detection.
