摘  要:采用高效液相色谱建立小麦植株中叶菌唑残留测定方法。分别以乙腈、二氯甲烷为提取溶剂,通过Bond Elut Carbon固相萃取柱净化,SB-C_(18)色谱柱分离,Agilent 1260高效液相色谱仪测定。结果表明,当叶菌唑质量浓度为0.1~10.0 mg/L时,其质量浓度与色谱峰面积呈线性关系,相关系数为0.999 9。乙腈超声离心法的平均回收率为90.40%~98.39%,相对标准偏差为1.62%~5.10%;二氯甲烷萃取法的平均回收率为91.34%~95.00%,相对标准偏差为0.86%~3.89%。2种试验方法均容易操作,且灵敏度高。To analyze the feasibility of metconazole residues in wheat with acetonitrile ultrasonic centrifugation extraction method and dichloromethane extraction method, the samples were extracted by acetonitrile or dichloromethane, purified by the Bond Elut Carbon extraction column, separated by SB-C18 chromatographic column, then determinated by HPLC. The results showed that there was a significant linear relationship between the concentration of metconazole and the chromatographic peak area at the concentration of 0.1-10.0 mg/L. The average recoveries of acetonitrile ultrasonic centrifugation extraction method were 90.40%-98.39%, and the relative standard deviations were 1.62%-5.10%. The average recoveries of dichloromethane extraction method were 91.34%-95.00%, and the relative standard deviations were 0.86%-3.89%. Two methods were easy to operate and had high sensitivity.
