摘  要:氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)是一种临床常见的化学治疗药物,能对肠道细胞等增殖速度较快的机体细胞产生强大的抑制作用,因此肠道黏膜损伤和腹泻是其常见副作用。本文综述了近年来5-FU导致黏膜损伤及腹泻的分子机制及药物防治的研究,以期为该领域的基础和临床研究工作者提供参考。Fluorouracil (5 -FU), a commonly used first -line chemo- therapeutic drug, has a strong inhibitory effect on the body cells such as intestinal cells with fast proliferation rate. Thus, intestinal mucositis and diarrhea are the most common side effects of 5 -FU. This article reviewed the recent studies on the underlying molecular mechanisms of 5 - FU - induced intestinal mucositis and diarrhea, as well as the studies on its prevention or treatment, with a view to provide reference for basic and clinical studies in this field.
