摘 要:对秘鲁特罗莫克铜矿SABC流程进行了详细的考查及数据分析,查明了当前生产中SABC流程存在半自磨机磨矿效率不高、球磨机循环负荷高、旋流器分级效率低等问题。比如半自磨机的电机功率利用系数为65%~68%,排料粒度大于设计值;球磨机的循环负荷率过高,其循环负荷平均575. 71%,磨矿产品粒度组成中粗粒(≥147μm)及微细粒级(≤20μm)含量高,尤其是≤20μm粒级含量高达25%~32%,该粒级区间的金属分布率高达30. 50%~40. 81%等,没有给浮选回路创造良好的给料条件。针对这些问题,提出了提高半自磨机的入料粒度、优化半自磨机排料端结构、调整补水点位置、增加一段分级等详细的改进方案,为下一步选矿厂技术改造提供了科学依据。The SABC process at the Toromocho copper mine in Peru is examined and analyzed in detail in this paper, and the main problems in the current production of SABC process are that the grinding efficiency of the semi-autogenous mill is low, the cycle load of the ball mill is high, and the classification efficiency of the cyclone is low. For example, the power utilization factor of the semi-autogenous mill is 65% - 68% , and the discharge particle size is larger than the design value ; the circulation load rate of ball mill is too high, its circulation load is 575.71% on average, and in the grinding the content of coarse-grained (I〉147 /.tm). And fine-grained grade ( ~〈20 p,m) content is high, especially the content of the size ≤20 μm is as high as 25% to 32%, in which size fraction metal distribution rate of the granularity range is as high as 30. 50% to 40. 81%, etc. , which did not create a good feeding conditions for flotation circuit. In order to solve these problems, a detailed improvement plan is proposed to improve the feed particle size of the semi-autogenous mill, optimize the structure of the discharge end of the semi-autogenous mill, adjust the position of the water filling point, and increase a stage of classification which provides a scientific basis for the technological transformation in the future.
