摘 要:本文成功开发出分段浓缩-分质回用-末端废水净化处理的选矿废水回用技术并成功应用于工业,实现了银铅锌多金属选矿废水全部回用,该技术的应用不仅大幅度减少了末端废水处理量和处理成本,而且还使废水中的选矿药剂得到充分利用,降低了选矿药剂消耗,选矿指标稳定提高,显著节约了选矿能耗,大幅度节约了选矿新鲜水的用量,实现了选矿废水全部回用,杜绝了环境污染。该项技术推动了我国金属矿山废水综合利用新技术的进步,为我国金属矿山行业废水高效利用提供了一个很好的技术支撑与很好的工程范例,具有广泛的推广应用前景。The reuse technology of beneficiation wastewater of which is condense in sections and water of different quality is recycled respectively and purification of terminal waste water is developed and applied to industry successfully, all of the beneficiation wastewater of the silver bearing Lead-zinc Ore is reused. The application of this technology not only greatly reduce the amount of terminal wastewater processing and processing cost, but also make full use of the reagents in the waste water, reduce the consumption of reagents, stable mineral processing index increased, significantly save the energy consumption of mineral processing, greatly save the amount of fresh water, achieved all ore dressing wastewater reused, eliminate the pollution of the environment. The technology to promote the comprehensive utilization of metal mine wastewater in our country for the progress of new technology, for China' s metal mining industry wastewater utilization provides a good technical support and excellent example of engineering, has wide application prospect.
