摘 要:内蒙古某铜矿选矿厂生产的硫精矿中砷含量较高,严重影响了硫精矿的品质。经过试验研究,确定采用磁浮联合选矿工艺,通过一次磁选,磁选尾矿一次粗选两次扫选一次精选浮选工艺流程,最终获得了硫品位35. 06%、含砷0. 13%,硫回收率90. 53%的硫精矿,对同类矿山解决砷硫分离问题具有一定的参考价值。The sulphur concentrate of a copper plant in Neimenggu had a high arsenic content, which affected the quality of sulphur concentrate seriously. By tests research, a combinatorial technology of magnetic separation and flotation was chosen to use in the test. Through one magnetic separation and flotation of one roughing, two scavenging and one cleaning, a sulphur concentrate was obtained that contained 35. 06% sulphur and 0. 13% arsenic, and had a 90. 53% sulphur recovery. It had a certain reference value on solving the separation of arsenic and sulfur for similar mine.
