摘　　要：目的分析金黄色葡萄球菌培养阳性儿童血清EsxA特异性IgG、IgG1、IgG2水平,探讨金黄色葡萄球菌阳性儿童EsxA相关免疫特性,为其功能研究奠定基础。方法在使用抗生素治疗前收集经实验室鉴定为金黄色葡萄球菌阳性的儿童血清92例及健康体检者血清92例,用纯化的EsxA重组蛋白包被ELISA板,检测血清EsxA特异性IgG、IgG1及IgG2吸光度。结果金黄色葡萄球菌阳性组血清IgG抗体、IgG1抗体、IgG2抗体吸光度值与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。92例金黄色葡萄球菌阳性儿童血清以痰液标本为主,占38. 0%;其次为皮肤脓液(占16. 3%)、咽拭子(占15. 2%)、扁桃体分泌物(占14. 1%)。结论金黄色葡萄球菌阳性儿童血清EsxA特异性IgG、IgG1、IgG2水平显著升高,提示EsxA可刺激机体产生体液免疫,机体免疫趋向Th1型。Objective To investigate the serum levels of EsxA specific IgG,IgG1,IgG2 in children with S. aureus infection,to explore the immunological characteristics of EsxA and lay the foundation for functional research. Methods Serum was collceted from 92 children with Staphylococcus aureus infection before treatment with antibiotics and 92 healthy subjects for physical examination. Purified recombiant EsxA protein was used to coat the ELISA reaction plate,and the absorbance of the IgG,IgG1 and IgG2 was detected. Results The absorbance values of serum IgG antibody,IgG1 antibody and IgG2 antibody in the positive Staphylococcus aureus group were compared with that in the control group,with the differences statsitically significant（ P 0. 05）. In 92 positive samples,sputum specimens were the most（ 38. 0%）; followed by skin pus（ 16. 3%）,throat swab（ 15. 2%） and tonsil secretions（ 14. 1%）. Conclusion The serum levels of EsxA specific IgG,IgG1,IgG2 in S. aureus infected children increased significantly,suggesting that EsxA can stimulate the humoral immunity,and that immunity trends to be Th1 type.
