摘 要:目的分析2012年-2014年石河子团场生活饮用水微生物污染状况,为提高饮用水水质及卫生防护提供科学依据。方法依据GB 5749—2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》,对2012年-2014年石河子团场生活饮用水微生物检测结果进行分析及评价。结果 2012年-2014年共检测水样880份,微生物合格水样678份,微生物合格率为77. 05%。2012年-2014年水样微生物合格率分别为55. 27%、89. 58%和94. 29%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=164. 84,P <0. 05)。菌落总数、总大肠菌群的合格率均呈上升趋势(P <0. 05)。对丰水期水样采取干预措施后,2014年丰水期水样微生物合格率(98. 57%)高于枯水期(90. 00%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9. 55,P <0. 05)。结论石河子团场生活饮用水微生物合格率逐年提高,对丰水期采取采样技能培训、复采样等干预措施后,丰水期微生物合格率得到提高,在今后的工作中要加强生活饮用水采样、运输、检验等过程中的质量控制,为政府提供真实可靠的检测数据。Objective To analyze the microbial contamination of drinking water in Shihezi Farm,so as to provide scientific basis for improving drinking water quality and hygiene protection. Methods Based on the GB 5749—2006 Health Standard for Drinking Water,the results of microbiological examination of drinking water in Shihezi Farm were analyzed and evaluated.Results A total of 880 water samples were collected,678 samples of microorganisms were qualified,and the passing rate of microorganisms was 77. 05%. The pass rates of microorganisms in water samples were 55. 27%,89. 58% and 94. 29%,respectively,with the differences statistically significant( χ^2= 164. 84,P 0. 05). The total number of colonies and the total coliform bacteria pass rates showed an upward trend( P 0. 05). After taking interventions in wet season,the passing rate of water samples in wet season was higher( 98. 57%) than that in dry season( 90. 00%) in 2014,with the difference statistically significant( χ^2= 9. 55,P 0. 05). Conclusion The qualified rate of drinking water microbes in Shihezi Farm has been improved annually,and the qualified rate of microbes in the wet season has been improved after training measures,such as sampling skill and complex sampling in the wet season. In the future work,quality control in drinking water sampling and transportation,inspection and other processes should be strengthened,so as to provide real and reliable detection data for the government.
