摘　　要：介绍了粉末涂料专用流平剂的分类、成份、单体及红外图谱IR,且通过大量实验数据表征阐述了不同流平剂在相同体系、相同添加量条件下对粉末涂料表面张力、熔融黏度、静摩擦系数、层间附着力、玻璃化温度Tg、凝胶时间、鲜映性DOI、流平性R、短波Sw、长波Lw及光泽等理化性能的影响。The classification, composition, monomer and infrared spectrum of the specialty leveling agents for powder coatings are introduced. The effects of different leveling agents on physicochemical properties of the powder coatings are investigated by a large number of experimental data under the same system and the same amount of addition. Theses properties include the surface tension, melt viscosity, static friction coefficient, intercoat adhesion, Tg, gel time, DOI value, leveling value （R）, short-wave （Sw）, long-wave （Lw） and gloss.
