多绳摩擦提升机衬垫固定方式探讨

摘　　要：摩擦式提升机衬垫固定方式有螺栓固定和楔形块固定2种。通过对比分析螺栓与楔形块对摩擦轮的强度、刚度以及与衬垫与摩擦轮的接触问题的影响,可知两者使用效果相当。但与楔形块固定方式相比,螺栓固定具有安装与更换方便、摩擦轮制造工艺简单等优点。Fastening manner of the liner of the multi-rope friction hoist involves bolt fastening and wedge fastening. After comparing the influence of the bolt and the wedge on the strength and the stiffness of the friction wheel as well as the contact between the liner and the friction wheel, it was showed that the service effects of the two liner fastening manner were equal. However, compared with the wedge fastening manner, the bolt fastening manner was characterized by easy installation and replacement as well as simple manufacture process of the friction wheel and so on.
