摘 要:针对一种李萨如空间轨迹振动筛,分析了该振动筛的工作原理,运用Simulink软件,结合原始设计参数,仿真了振动筛质心在稳定时的空间运动轨迹,通过改变直线激振力、圆周激振力、直线电动机之间的相位差角,及圆周电动机的初始相位角等参数,分析了不同参数对振动筛空间运动轨迹的影响。结果表明:直线激振力主要影响了振动筛整体振幅,应控制其在[28 000 N,48 000 N]之间;圆周激振力增大使得振动筛辅运动振幅增大,要合理控制在(3 500 N,5 000 N]之间;相位差角影响了振动筛的振动轨迹形状和振动方向角,应在[0,π/4]和[7π/4,2π]之间对其进行调整,且越靠近0或2π越好;初始相位角主要影响振动轨迹振动方向角,应在[0,π]之间调整。In view of a kind of Lissajous spatial trajectory vibrating screen, the paper analyzed its working principle, and applied Simulink to simulate the spatial motion trajectory of the centroid of the screen in combination with original design parameters while it was stable. By altering the linear excitation force, the circumferential excitation force, the phase difference angle of the linear motor and the initial phase angle of the circumferential motor, the paper analyzed the influence of various parameters on the spatial motion trajectory of the screen. The results showed: the linear excitation force dominated the whole amplitude of the screen, and should be controlled within [28 000 N, 48 000 N]; the increase of the circumferential excitation force led to the increase of the motion amplitude of the vibrating screen, the excitation force should be controlled within(3 500 N, 5 000 N]; the phase difference angle dominated the vibration trajectory shape and the vibration directional angle of the screen, and should be controlled within [0, π/4) and(7π/4, 2π], the closer to 0 or 2π the better the effects were; the original phase angle dominated the vibration directional angle of the vibration trajectory, and should be controlled within [0, π].
