摘 要:针对小铁山复杂难选铜铅锌多金属矿铜与铅锌分离效果不佳、产品互含高、金属回收率较低、烧制亚硫酸工艺存在一定的环境污染等一系列问题,通过系统的选矿试验研究,研究发明了采用液态二氧化硫替代原有的烧制亚硫酸进行铜与铅锌分离新工艺,取得了较好的技术指标并成功地实现了工业化应用。与应用前相比,铜回收率提高了3.89个百分点,铅锌回收率提高了1.06个百分点,选矿吨矿成本节约了0.27元;同时,该工艺在工业应用后避免了烧制亚硫酸对环境造成的污染。In view of poor effects of copper separation from lead and zinc, high mutual content, low recovery ratio and some environmental pollution of sulfite burning during processing complex refractory CuPb-Zn polymetallic ore in Small Iron Mountain, systematic beneficiation tests were conducted to study the replacement of original sulfite burning with liquid sulfur dioxide so as to carry out new process of copper separation from lead and zinc, and excellent technical indexes were obtained and industrialized application was achieved successfully. Compared with the prior process, the copper recovery ratio increased by 3.89 percentage points, lead and zinc recovery ratio increased by 1.06 percentage points, the beneficiation cost saved by 0.27 RMB/t. In addition, the industrial application of the process avoided the environmental pollution caused by sulfite burning.
