摘　　要：通过轻微啃切一圈刀痕数与被加工斜齿圆柱齿轮的齿数进行对比,在轴向不同位置轻微啃3圈及以上刀痕,观察测量同一螺旋线上的啃刀痕同侧痕迹是否在同一斜线上,以此来验证斜齿圆柱齿轮滚齿"交换齿轮"的正确性。此方法简单、适用,避免了人为因素造成的经济损失,对齿轮制造具有一定的参考价值。A comparison was made between the number of gnawed marks of a slightly gnawed gear in a cycle and the number of teeth of the helical gear to be machined, and then the gear was gnawed three cycles at various axial positions. Whether the same side of trace of the gnawed mark at the same helix was on the same slash or not was inspected, so as to verify the correctness of ＂gear exchange＂ of tooth hobbing of helical gear. The method was simple and applicable, and avoided the economic loss caused by human factors and was worthy to popularize in the gear manufacturing industry.
