摘  要:水稻是世界一半以上人口的主食,如何提高水稻单位面积产量一直是科学研究与育种研究关注的重点。而水稻枝梗角度对稻米产量及抗性具有重要意义。本研究利用长雄蕊野生稻(Oryza longistaminata)跟粳型栽培稻Balilla杂交构建了F2群体,利用基于PCR的Indel标记构建了分子连锁图谱;通过QTL分析软件QTL IciMapping4.0检测2016年和2017年的数据,共得到6个控制水稻枝梗角度的QTLs。这些位点分别位于第2、4、9、10和12染色体上,每个QTL能够解释3.7%~43.3%的表型变异。第4染色体上的qBA-4-2位点和第12染色体上的qBA-12-1位点在两年的定位实验中均被检测到。其中,qBA-4-2对枝梗角度表型贡献率最大,是一个主效QTL;qBA-2-1以及qBA-12-1还未见报道,可能是两个新的QTL。挖掘新的枝梗角度基因有助于人们进一步认识水稻的驯化历程和选育出高产优质的水稻新品种。Rice is the staple food for more than half of the world population, and how to improve the rice yield per unit area has been the focus of scientific research and breeding research. The branch angle office rachis is very important to rice yield and resistance. In this study, the F2 population was developed via hybridization between japonica cultivar Balilla and Oryza longistaminata. The molecular linkage map was constructed by using PCR-based Indel marker. Six QTLs controlling rice rachis branch angle were detected in the data of 2016 and 2017 via QTL analysis software ofQTL IciMapping4.0. These loci were located on chromosomes 2, 4, 9, 10 and 12, respectively, with each QTL explaining 3.7% to 43.3% of the phenotypic variation. The qBA-4-2 locus on chromosome 4 and the qBA-12-1 locus on chromosome 12 were detected in positioning experiment in both years. Among them, qBA-4-2, a major effect QTL, had the largest contribution to the rachis branch angle, qBA-2-1 and qBA-12-1 had not been reported previously and that might be a new QTL. It might be helpful to further understand the domestication process office and to develop new rice varieties with high yield and good quality.
