摘 要:火炬松是中国亚热带地区重要的采脂树种之一。但是相比于马尾松和湿地松,松脂产量和松节油含量低很大程度上限制了火炬松在人工林生产中的应用。为了掌握火炬松松脂合成的变化规律和松节油主要成分的特性,本研究以110个15年生火炬松单株为材料,并对树高、胸径、产脂量和松脂主要成分含量进行了测定和分析。结果表明,火炬松全年松脂产量呈规律性变化,7~8月为产脂高峰,个体间产脂量变异大;单株材积与产脂量相关性最高,胸径与树高次之;火炬松个体间松节油含量变异大,且松节油含量、α-蒎烯及β-蒎烯均和产脂量不存在相关性;α-蒎烯平均含量显著高于β-蒎烯,且两种蒎烯在松节油中的含量呈极显著负相关。本研究为火炬松高产脂优良品系的选育提供理论参考。Pinus taeda is one of the most important tapping tree species in the subtropical regions of China. However, compared with Pinus massoniana and Pinus elliottii, the low oleoresin-yielding and turpentine content greatly limited the application of loblolly pine in plantation production. In order to understand the variation regularity of turpentine synthesis and the characteristics of the main components of turpentine in loblolly pine, in this study, a total of 110 individuals of 15-year-old loblolly pine were used as materials. Tree height, diameter at breast height, oleoresin yield, and main components of turpentine were measured and analyzed. The results showed that the annual turpentine yield of loblolly pine was changed regularly during the whole year. The peak of turpentine yield was from July to August, and there was a large variation in turpentine yield among individuals. Besides, the correlation between individual volume and resin yield was the highest, followed by diameter at breast height and height of tree. Moreover, there was a large variation of turpentine content among individuals, and there was no correlation between turpentine content, α-Pinene, β-pinene and resin yield. The average content of α-Pinene was significantly higher than that of β-pinene, and the content of two terpenes in turpentine was highly significant negative correlation. This study might lay a theoretical reference for the selection and breeding of high oleoresin-yielding of Pinus taeda.
