摘  要:蔗糖转化酶(INV)是高等植物体内控制蔗糖分解的关键酶,在蔗糖的转运、贮藏和分配中起关键作用。转化酶抑制子(InvInh)是转化酶翻译后的一个重要调控因子,通过与转化酶结合成复合物来抑制INV酶活性。而蔗糖浓度、pH值和SnPK磷酸化是影响InvInh与转化酶结合的重要调控因子。阐明糖分积累过程中Inv Inh与转化酶的互作机制,可为调控植物体内糖分积累提供依据。因此,本综述主要总结了植物InvInh的种类、结构、功能、基因表达调控,抑制机理及其影响因子等方面的研究进展,并对未来InvInh的研究方向提出了展望,以期为深入研究InvInh及实际应用提供参考。Sucrose invertase (INV) is a key enzyme that controls sucrose decomposition in higher plants, and plays a key role in the transport, storage and distribution of sucrose. Invertase inhibitor (Invlnh) is an important regulatory factor after the post-translational ofinvertase, which inhibits the activity oflNV enzyme by combining with INV to form a complex. Sucrose concentration, pH value and the phosphorylation of SnPK are important regulatory factors that affect the combination of Invlnh to invertase. To clarify the interaction mechanism of Invlnh with INV in the process of sucrose accumulation would provide a basis for controlling the sucrose accumulation in plants. Therefore, this review summarized the research progress of Invlnh family in plant, including the category, structure, function, gene expression control, as well as inhibition mechanism and its influencing factors. And the prospect in the future research directions of Invlnh was put forward with a view to provide reference for in-depth study of Invlnh and its practical applications.
