摘  要:针对目前煤矿井下继电保护系统出现越级跳闸的问题,在实验室条件下搭建典型煤矿井下三级供电网络,并以装有Twin CAT软件的工业个人电脑(PC)作为监控主站,以基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)控制器作为从站,构建基于Ether CAT通信协议的井下电网防越级跳闸系统。主站完成对从站控制器的配置,并利用PLC编写故障判定矩阵算法实现防越级功能,通过模拟井下供电网络短路故障,研究井下电网防越级跳闸功能及Ether CAT通信技术的实时性。实验结果表明:构建的系统能够快速准确判断并切除故障,Ether CAT通信技术的实时性满足要求,实现防越级跳闸功能。Aiming at the problem of over-grade trip of existing protection system in mine coal,a power network is built under the laboratory condition. And the system chooses industrial PC with Twin CAT software as master station,PLC controllers as slave station,and anti over-grade trip system for coal mine power system based on Ether CAT communication protocol is constructed.The master station completes the configuration of the slave station controller,and the master station achieve the anti over-grade trip function by Fault matrix algorithm by using PLC.The implementation of the anti over-grade trip function and the instantaneity of Ether CAT are investigated by simulating circuit failure of power line.The experimental results indicate that the system can judge and cut the fault quickly and accurately,and implement anti over-grade trip function,and real-time of Ether CAT communication technology meets the requirements.
