摘  要:针对传统气体传感器测量系统测量效率低的问题,设计了一种集数据采集、分析、显示与保存于一体的电阻式半导体气体传感器测量系统。系统包含上位机、硬件电路和元件实验箱3部分。上位机由LabVIEW软件编写,具有显示气体传感器的参数与响应特性曲线的功能。硬件电路,设计了匹配电阻器自动切换电路以适应气体传感器较大的阻值变化范围,并采用相关传感器实时监控气体传感器的工作环境指标。元件实验箱采用透明的有机玻璃制作而成,具有排气装置以及注气装置,使测量简便易行。系统测试结果表明:设计的系统可完成对气敏元件的测量、实时温度监控、数据采集和报表生成,实现了对气敏元件的高效测试。Aiming at problem of low efficiency of traditional gas sensor measurement system,a resistive type semiconductor gas sensor measurement system integrates data acquisition,analysis,display and storage is designed. This system includes three parts: host computer, hardware circuit and component experiment box. The host computer is written by LabVIEW software,and it has the function of displaying the parameters and response characteristic curve of the gas sensor. In the aspect of hardware circuit,automatic switch circuit of matching resistor is designed to adapt to the larger resistance range of the gas sensor,and the related sensors are used to monitor the working environment of the gas sensor in real time.The experimental box is made of transparent organic glass,and also has an exhaust device and an air injection device,so that the measurement is simple and convenient. The system test results show that the system can complete the gas sensor measurement,real-time temperature monitoring,data acquisition and report generation,and realize high-efficient test of gas sensitive component.
