用左甲状腺素钠片治疗妊娠期亚临床甲状腺功能异常的效果探析

摘　　要：目的评价左甲状腺素钠片治疗妊娠期亚临床甲状腺功能异常的效果以及对妊娠结局的影响。方法选择我院160例妊娠期亚临床甲状腺功能异常患者,以1:1比例分为实验1组、实验2组,各80例,分别采取甲硫氧嘧啶片以及左甲状腺素钠片治疗。对比2组实验对象治疗期间TSH(促甲状腺激素)、FT3、4(血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸以及甲状腺素)水平变化情况以及并发症情况。结果治疗后,实验1组TSH、FT3、FT4水平均优于实验2组,妊娠期糖尿病、高血压综合征、蛋白尿等并发症均低于实验2组,P<0.05。结论左甲状腺素钠片治疗妊娠期亚临床甲状腺功能异常母婴结局改善效果显著,具有应用价值。Objective To evaluate the effect of levothyroxine sodium tablets on subclinical thyroid dysfunction during pregnancy and its effect on pregnancy outcome.Methods 160 patients with hypothyroidism in our hospital during pregnancy were selected,and divided into 1 group and 2 groups at 1：1 ratio,80 cases each. The changes of TSH （thyrotropin）,FT3 and 4 （serum free triiodothyrotropin and thyroxine） levels and complications were compared between the two groups.Results after treatment,TSH, FT3 and FT4 levels in group 1 were better than those in group 2,and complications such as gestational diabetes,hypertension syndrome and proteinuria were lower than those in group 2, P〈0.05.Conclusion Levothyroxine sodium tablet has a significant effect on improving maternal and infant outcomes of hypothyroidism in pregnancy.
