摘　　要：我国老年高血压患者的比例逐渐增多,其终极治疗目标为尽可能地降低并发症的发生风险,从而进一步降低病死率。全球多个国家的高血压指南均会不定期更新,以帮助医师对每一位老年高血压患者进行个体化评价,选择最优化的、不良反应少、疗效肯定、患者依从性好的治疗方案,使老年高血压患者的血压控制在目标值。每次指南的更新都是高血压治疗的一个新起点,未来希望能发现治疗高血压的新药物和新方法,从而使高血压治疗更加简单、高效。The proportion of elderly hypertensive patients in China is gradually increasing. The ultimate goal of treatment is to reduce the risk of complications as much as possible so as to further reduce the mortality. Guidelines for hypertension in many countries are updated from time to time to help physicians individualize the evaluation of each elderly patient and select the optimal treatment regimen with fewer adverse reactions, definite curative effect and good patient compliance, so as to control the blood pressure within the targets. Each update of the guidelines is a new starling point for the treatment of hypertension. It is hoped that new drugs and methods for the treatment of hypertension will be discovered in the future, so as to achieve simpler and more efficient treatment.
