摘 要:随着肠道菌群研究的深入,越来越多的证据表明高血压与肠道菌群失调密切相关,肠道菌群与高血压形成的途径研究近年来也取得较大进展。目前已经发现,肠道菌群可以引起肠道病理改变,其代谢产物直接参与血压的调节。而肠道神经系统与交感神经系统关系密切,同时肠道的免疫反应也会对血压产生影响。同时,高血压和菌群失调之间的因果关系、菌群影响血压的确切机制,以及该项研究在人体及临床上的开展等仍有待进一步深入研究。With the development of gut microbiota research,more and more evidences are rapidly accumulating implicating gut dysbiosis in hypertension.In recent years,a lot of progress has been made in the study on the pathway of gut microbiota in the formation of hypertension.It has been found that gut microbiota can cause intestinal pathological changes,and its metabolites are directly involved in the regulation of blood pressure.The enteric nervous system is closely related to the sympathetic nervous system ,and the intestinal immune response also affects blood pressure. At the same time,the causal relationship between hypertension and microbial imbalance,the precise mechanism of microbial influence on blood pressure,and the development of this study in human and clinical still need further studies.
