摘  要:乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染和肝细胞肝癌(HCC)因缺乏有效且可靠的早期诊断工具,成为全球高病死率的疾病。目前常用的HBV感染诊断标志物的诊断效果不尽人意。研究表明,人血清、血浆和唾液中存在大量稳定表达的微RNAs(miRNAs),在机体代谢中发挥重要的调控作用。miRNAs芯片技术表明,许多miRNAs在HBV感染和HCC的细胞中的表达谱相较于正常细胞具有显著差异性,这些差异性表达谱能很好地反映HBV在宿主中的感染情况,为早期临床诊断提供依据。因miRNAs具有极高的敏感性和特异性,以及诱发特定的免疫应答机制,使其成为HBV感染和HCC早期诊断以及预后判断的有效标志物。Hepatitis B virus(HBV) infection and primary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) have become global diseases with high mortality due to the lack of effective and reliable early diagnosis tools.The diagnostic results of commonly used HBV diagnostic markers are currently unsatisfactory.Studies have shown that a large number of stably expressed microRNAs(miRNAs) exist in human serum, plasma and saliva, and play an important regulatory role in the body's metabolism.The miRNAs chip technology shows that the expression profiles of many miRNAs in HBV-infected and HCC cells are significantly different from those in normal cells,which can well reflect the infection of HBV in the host,and provide a basis for the early clinical diagnosis.Due to the high sensitivity and specificity of miRNAs and the induction of specific immune response mechanisms,it is an effective marker for early diagnosis and prognosis judgment of HBV infection and HCC.
