摘　　要：重症乳糜尿严重影响患者的生活及生存质量,目前治疗方法的多样性及疗效的不确定性给患者及医师均带来一定的困扰。如何提高疗效及安全性是目前面临的难点。对重症乳糜尿患者采用改良术式有望进一步提高疗效及安全性。对多次手术或无法耐受手术者,药物灌注、体外冲击波、高能聚焦超声治疗均是可选手段。妊娠乳糜尿患者因其可能对母体及胎儿均造成影响,未来应着眼于寻找更有效的硬化剂以提高安全性、减少复发。中医中药在重症乳糜尿治疗中也显现出较好的效果,未来的研究不应忽视其临床地位和应用价值。Severe chyluria,a common urological disease,may seriously affect the health of patients and the quality of life.At present,the diversity of therapeutic methods and the uncertainty of curative effect have caused trouble to both patients and doctors.How to improve the efficacy and safety is the current difficulty.The modified operation for patients with severe chyluria is expected to further improve the efficacy and safety.Drug perfusion therapy,extracorporeal shock wave and high-intensity focused ultrasound are all options for multiple operations or patients who cannot tolerate surgery.The chylouria may affect both the mother and the fetus,so we should look for more effective sclerosing agents in order to improve the safety and reduce the recurrence. Chinese medicine also showed better results in the treatment of severe chyluria ,which should not be neglected of its clinical status and value in the future research.
