摘  要:本课题将铜氨(Bemliese)纤维无纺布作为分析对象,探讨在消化内镜清洁处理过程中的适用性与有效性。以中山医院所使用的铜氨纤维无纺布为选定主体,设定对照组,将一般性纱布作为对比实验组,使用前者对消化内镜进行彻底清洁处理,并完成消毒室的除污,询问工作人员对该产品的应用体会,对比传统的布料详细表述,观测整体使用表现,采集并记录所得到的结论。经过多次实验测定,在脱毛、布料绒量以及吸水环节,都是铜氨纤维布料处于优势,在实际消化内镜测定的环节,多项数据显示铜氨纤维无纺布有较为优良的使用效果。由此可知,铜氨纤维无纺布是一种优于普通纱布的、可用于软式消化内镜再处理的擦拭布。铜氨纤维无纺布在内镜清洗方面能够取代一般布料或者擦拭材料。Objective this paper takes the Bemliese fiber nonwoven fabric as the object of analysis and discusses its ap-plicability and efficacy in the process of cleaning the digestive endoscopy. Method: this research takes the long-fiber non-woven fabric used by Zhongshan Hospital as the subject and sets the necessary control group. General gauze is taken as the comparative group. The long-fiber nonwoven fabric is used for the thorough cleaning of digestive endoscopy and the decontamination of disinfection rooms. The staff is required to offer detailed description of their experience of applying the product compared with the general gauze. The overall performance is recorded and the conclusion is drawn. Result: a number of experiments were carried out. Long-fiber nonwoven fabric manifested its advantage in the depilation, down content and water absorption tests. In the testing of digestive endoscopy, many data revealed that long-fiber nonwoven fabric had excellent performance. Conclusion: long-fiber nonwoven fabric is a type of wipe that is superior to general gauze and that can be used for the reprocessing of flexible digestive endoscopy. Long-fiber nonwoven fabric can replace common cloth and other wipes regarding the cleaning of endoscopy.
