摘 要:本课题围绕开展的以"两个对接、三个一体化"为实施纲要的创新创业人才培养计划,实现人才培养与产业发展对接、教学内容与岗位需求对接、教学过程与生产过程一体化、人才培养与校企合作一体化、职业教育与终身学习一体化,对该人才培养模式的内涵、方案进行了论述,并结合纺织印染行业实际情况,以牛仔服饰激光雕花专业技术领域创新创业人才培养为例进行了实践探讨。In recent years, with the economic development in our country entering the “new normal” and the industrial structure has been continuously optimized and upgraded, some green and economic new technologies have rapidly been applied to the feld of production. Therefore, the application of these new technologies urgently requires a large number of highly-skilled and complex talents. In order to better serve the local economy and industry development, and compre-hensively enhance students’ ability of innovation and entrepreneurship, the author’s group conducted a program of train-ing innovative and pioneering personnel with “ two combination, three integration “ as the implementation outline. The author discusses the connotation and scheme of the talent cultivation mode, and discusses the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship talents training in the feld of jeans carving with laser with the actual situation of the textile industry as an example.
