摘 要:5G的发展,对通信系统处理能力的要求大大提高,因此对CPU提出了更高的性能要求,CPU的供电系统需要更低的输出电压和更高的输出电流。多相级联可以通过简单的控制方式轻松实现低电压、大电流输出,具有180°相位差的两相之间输出纹波相互抵消、各相高精度均分总输出电流的优点。在分析多相级联BUCK变换器基本原理的基础上,研制了一款基于电压控制型方案的多相级联BUCK变换器,最高级联相数可达12相,详细阐述了主电路的构成、参数设计和控制环路的设计,并给出试验样机测试数据及波形。该变换器比传统的BUCK变换器具有更高转换效率、更高稳定性、更高功率密度及更卓越的动态性能等优点。Due to the development of the fifth generation (5G) mobile communications, the requirement for system processing capability is greatly enhanced leading to higher CPU performance requirement. The CPU power supply system needs lower output voltage and higher output current. Having the advantages of output wave cancellation due to 180° phase difference between two phases and the higb-accuracy division output phase currents, multiphase cascade can flexibly achieves low voltage and high current in a simple control way. Based on the analysis on the basic principle of multiphase cascade BUCK converter, a multiphase cascade BUCK converter based on the scheme of voltage control is developed which has up to 12 cascade phases. The main circuit structure, parameter design and control loop design are elaborated. The test data and waveforms of the prototype converter are presented. Compared with the conventional BUCK converter, the proposed converter has the advantages of higher conversion efficiency, higher stability, higher power density and better dynamic performance.
