摘　　要：水性免中涂工艺已逐渐被各汽车厂所接受,为了更大限度地降低成本,无B1工艺开始走进汽车制造行业。无B1工艺是指一种材料能实现所有功能(表面填充功能+装饰功能)的新工艺,在免中涂的基础上可进一步节能降耗,优化喷涂流程,降低成本。The waterborne free-intermediate coating process has gradually been accepted by various automobile manufacturers, in order to reduce costs more, non-B1 process has begun to enter the automobile manufacturing industry. The non- decorative function process refers to a new process that can achieve all the funtions （ surface filling function and It can further save energy and reduce consumption on the basis of free intermediate coating, optimize the spraying process and reduce the cost.
