摘 要:为了解转移因子(TF)对猪淋巴细胞E玫瑰花结百分率的影响,试验采用肌肉注射TF途径接种试验组猪,注射剂量为2.0 mL/头,同时设立对照组仅注射生理盐水,分别于接种注射前第3 d及接种注射后第3 d、7 d、14 d、21 d采集外周血,测试猪淋巴细胞E玫瑰花结百分率。结果显示,试验组猪淋巴细胞E玫瑰花结百分率,于注射TF后第3 d、7 d及14 d均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),分别比对照组提高了14.6%、22.0%和14.9%。结果表明,TF可显著提高猪外周血淋巴细胞E玫瑰花结百分率和猪免疫功能。In order to understand the transfer factor (TF) effects on E rosette rate of swine lymphocyte, this experiment used intramuscular injection of TF to inoculate piglets (experience group), and the dose was 2 mL TF per piglet. At the same time, the control group was injected with saline only. Peripheral blood was collected in 3 d before inoculation and 3 d, 7 d, 14 d, 21 d post inoculation with TF respectively to detect E rosette rate of swine lymphocyte. The results showed that the E rosette rate of swine lymphocyte in the experience group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 3 d, 7 d and 14 d post inoculation (P〈0.05), and increased by 14.6%, 22% and 14.9% respectively compared with the control group. The results showed that the E rosette rate of swine peripheral blood lymphocyte and immune function of swine could be significantly increasd by TF.
