摘 要:国际海事组织、欧盟和美国环保机构对船用燃料的含硫量制定了日益严格的规定,尤其对于在排放控制区内停靠或航行的船舶。作为应对"限硫令"的三种措施,即低硫燃油、废气后处理、LNG燃料,对于有可能进入ECA的特种船舶或科考船,低硫燃油为最佳方案。但由于低硫燃油粘度低等特性,需要对常规燃油装置和系统进行改造设计,才能保证燃油系统的稳定运行。本文以某三千吨远洋科考船低硫油系统的设计和应用为例,介绍典型低硫油系统的设计方案,指出系统设计中需要明确和注意的关键点,对于低硫油系统的设计和改造具有一定的参考价值。IMO, EU and CARB impose increasingly stringent regulations on the sulphur content of marine fuels, especially for ships that are docked and navigated within ECA. This paper analyzes three measures to deal with the "Sulphur Limit Order" : low sulfur fuel, exhaust gas aftertreatment and LNG fuel, and noted: low sulfur fuel is the best solution for special ships or scientific research vessels. However, conventional fuel equipments and systems need to be optimized to ensure stable operation of the fuel system, due to lower viscosity of low sulfur fuels. This paper introduces the design of a typical low sulfur oil system, highlights the key points that need to be clear and noticed, taking the design and application of low sulfur oil system of a 3000-ton ocean-going scientific research ship as an example. This paper has certain reference value for the design and modification of low sulfur oil system.
