摘  要:利用天津市海洋环境风险源调查成果,在对海域赤潮、危险化学品和溢油3种环境风险进行评价的基础上,构建了海洋环境风险综合评价的方法和指标体系,并以海域划分的245个2′×2′的网格为对象,对天津市海洋环境风险进行了综合评价。评价结果显示:天津市海域总体上处于中低风险态势,中、低风险海域面积分别约占海域总面积的59.18%和24.90%;高风险海域占海域总面积的15.92%,碎片化地分布于汉沽大神堂牡蛎礁海洋特别保护区、北塘旅游区、大港湿地、天津港、南港工业区等敏感或重点海域。评价成果可为天津海洋环境风险管控、海域资源使用配置、海洋环境保护规划等提供有益借鉴。A comprehensive evaluation method of the risks related to the marine environment in Tianjin marine area was conducted,through the investigation and evaluation of the sources of those risks,namely algal blooms,hazardous chemical substances and oil spills.The methodology and indicator system for the comprehensive evaluation of environmental risks was established by dividing the Tianjin marine area into 245 grid areas of 2′×2′.The evaluation results indicated that the risk level of Tianjin marine area faced with was generally low and moderate.24.90% and 59.18% of the total marine area were occupied by the low and moderate risk,respectively,and only15.92% of the total marine area was occupied by the high risk.The fragmented areas were distributed across sensitive or key marine areas such as Hangu Dashentang Oyster Bioherm Special Marine Protection Areas,Beitang Tourism Region,Dagang Wet Land,the Port of Tianjin and the Nangang Industrial Zone.The evaluation results might provide useful guidance for risk management and control of the Tianjin marine environment,utilization and allocation of marine area resources and the protection and planning of the marine environment.
