摘  要:目的编制军队研究生招生复试心理素质测评系统(以下简称"测评系统"),检验其信效度。方法基于前期构建的"军队研究生心理素质结构模型""军人战时急性心理应激影响因素作用路径模型""军人战时急性心理应激反应模型",采用多种技术(心理测验、情境模拟、投射)、多维量表法(主陈量表、神经心理测验、情景面试)编制"测评系统"。采用"测评系统"对某军校参加硕士研究生复试的135名考生进行心理素质选拔,对其中的58名研究生在入学初进行重测。结果编制出的"测评系统"由心理测验、应激情境模拟测验、应激情境综合性面试三部分组成。第一部分、第二部分和第三部分的重测系数和Cronbach’sα系数分别在0.709~0.819之间、0.659~0.787之间。第一部分由MMPI中的三个分量表组成,各分量表间高度相关;第二部分由自编的四个分测验组成,第三部分由自编的四个分量表组成,第二、三部分各分测验、分量表间呈低中度相关,他们各自与第二、三部分总分呈中高度相关;"测评系统"的三部分间呈高度相关。以最后录取名次是否有进步为效标,进步组第一部分的三个分量表得分显著低于退步组;对于第二部分的两个分测验、总分,第三部分的三个分量表、总分,进步组均显著高于退步组。结论所编"测评系统"具有良好的信度和效度,可作为军队院校研究生招生复试心理素质选拔的工具。Objective To establish a graduate re-examination evaluation system for mental quality selection in military academies ( the evaluation system in short), and to explore its reliability and validity. Methods Based upon the previously-formulated mental quality structure of graduate students in military schools, influencing factors of acute stress among troops, and stressreaction models among troops, this study drew up the evaluation system that was made up of several questionnaires (three parts)and involved multi - techniques, such as psychological test, neuropsychological test under stress, situational interviews understress, and projective techniques. The formal evaluation system was used among 135 re-examinees , 58 of whom were tested asecond time with the first and second parts of the evaluation system at an interval of 4 months. Results The Cronbach α coefficients of factors in the third part ranged from 0. 659 to 0. 787 , while the retest reliability of factors in the first and second partranged from 0. 709 to 0. 819. In the first part, the correlation coefficients between the three subscales were high. In the secondand third part, the correlation coefficients between the four subtests and four subscales were low or medium, and those betweentotal scores and factors were medium or high. The correlation coefficients between the three parts were high. The scores of thethree subscales in the first part in progress group were significantly lower than in retrogress group during the re-examination. Thetotal scores of the third part in progress group were significantly higher than in retrogress group during the re-examination. Conclusion The evaluation system had good reliability and validity, so it could be used in evaluating themental quality of graduate re-examinees in military academies.
