消渴目病中西医结合临床护理路径多中心应用的对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]将前期构建的消渴目病中西医结合临床护理路径应用于临床,观察应用后临床疗效、血糖控制、生存质量、病人满意度等方面的效果。[方法]筛选成都市3所医院眼科符合纳入标准的消渴目病病人共120例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各60例。试验组实施中西医结合临床护理路径,对照组实施中医护理方案。分别于病人入组日及出院前 1 d评估病人的临床疗效、空腹血糖、餐后 2 h血糖水平及生存质量、满意度、住院天数及住院费用等。[结果]干预后试验组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),试验组空腹血糖及餐后 2 h血糖低于对照组,试验组病人满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组病人住院天数、住院费用及出院前1d生存质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]消渴目病中西医结合临床护理路径用于消渴目病病人,可提高临床疗效,降低血糖水平,提高病人满意度。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of the clinical nursing pathway of diabetic retinopathy integrated with Chinese and Western medicine which was constructed in the former research, including clinical curative effect, blood glucose control, quality of life,and patients satisfaction. Methods：A total of 120 eligible diabetic retinopathy patients from three hospitals in Chengdu were se leered and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 60 cases in each. Patients in the experimental group received the clinical nursing pathway while patients in the control group received with Chinese medicine program. Patients＇ clinical efficacy, fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose levels, quality of life, satisfaction, length of hospital stay and hospitalization costs were assessed on the day of admission and one day before discharge,and the differences between the two groups were compared. Resuits：After the trial ,the comparison between the two groups showed that the clinical efficacy in the experimental group was better than that in control group. The fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose levels in the experimental group were lower than those in control group. The satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05） ;There was no significant difference in length of hospital stay,hospitalization costs,and quality of life between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusions：The clinical nursing pathway of diabetic rctinopathy integrated with Chinese and Western medicine could be used to im prove the clinical curative effect of patients with diabetic retinopathy, reduce the blood glucose level of patients,and improve patients＇ satisfaction.
