摘　　要：[目的]探讨2型糖尿病病人自我效能、疾病感知、社会支持对心理弹性的影响,并分析其影响路径。[方法]采用便利抽样法,应用心理弹性量表、一般自我效能感量表、简易疾病感知问卷以及社会支持评定量表对2017年3月—8月在本市某三级甲等医院内分泌科住院的235例2型糖尿病病人进行问卷调查。[结果]2型糖尿病病人的心理弹性总分为(62.22±8.20)分,自我效能、疾病感知、社会支持进入心理弹性影响因素的多元回归方程,其中自我效能对心理弹性有直接正效应,疾病感知和社会支持对心理弹性有直接和间接正效应。[结论]2型糖尿病病人的心理弹性水平较低,个体自我效能、疾病感知和社会支持是影响心理弹性的重要因素。Objective：To explore the effect of self- efficacy,disease perception and social support on psychological resilience in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and analyze the influence path. Methods：A total of 235 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in a third grade A hospital in Chengdu were recruited by the convenience-sample method from March to August E017. Patients were investiga ted by the Connor- Davidson Resilience Scale （CD- RISC） ,the General Self- Efficacy Scale （GSES） Brief Illness Perception Ques tionnaire, and Social Support Rating Scale. Results ： The total score of psychological resilience was （62.22 ± 8.20）. Self - efficacy, dis ease perception,and social support entered into the multiple regression equation of influencing factors of psychological resilience, in which disease perception and social support had both direct and indirect positive effects on psychological resilience ：self-efficacy had a direct positive effect;perception and social support had direct and indirect positive effects on psychological resilience. Conclusions： The psychological resilience of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was at a lower level. Patients＇ self-efficacy, disease perception, and social support were important factors affecting psychological resilience.
