摘　　要：采用酸性KMnO_4-HCHO化学发光体系,结合流动注射技术,建立了新的检测氨茶碱的方法。该方法的检出限为4.56mg/L,线性回归方程为ΔI=0.2628c+2.1487,R^2=0.9911,线性范围为10.51～210.16mg/L,平均回收率为97.4%。Using acid KMnO4 HCHO chemiluminescence system and flow injection technique, a new method for determination of aminophylline is established. The detection limit of this method is 4. 56mg/L, the linear regression equation is △I=0.2628c＋2.1487（R2=0.9911）, the linear range is 10.51 -210.16 mg/L, and the average recovery rate is 97.4%.
