摘 要:介绍了采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定粉末高温合金中硅镁元素的方法,采用盐酸、硝酸、氢氟酸溶解样品,控制溶解温度不超过60℃防止硅损失,选择为Si251.611,Mg279.553nm为分析线。考察了合金基体和共存元素对待测元素的影响,工作曲线系列溶液进行基体匹配,在选定的分析线适当位置处扣背景的方法消除基体的影响,优化了仪器工作参数,确定了仪器最佳工作条件,实现了用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定粉末高温合金中硅镁元素的含量的方法。进行了标准物质对照试验和加入回收试验,回收率在101~113%之间,方法的检出限是0.003~0.01μg/mL,相对标准偏差小于14%。All the influencing factors on spectrum measuring were investigated . The sample was de composed by mixed acid(HCL, HNO3 and HF),the experiment of instrument parameters and selection of analysis lines were studied ,the optimal determination conditions of instrument were obtained . The analyt ical lines were Si251.611nm , Mg 279. 553 nm, respectively. The effect of matrix and coexist elements on determination was studied. The matrix effect was corrected by matrix matching. The detection limit was 0. 00007 % 0. 003%,the recovery rate was from 105 % to 120 %, the RSDs were less than 10 %.
