摘 要:依据GB 5009.91—2017标准,以火焰原子吸收光谱法测定婴儿配方奶粉中钾的含量,同时建立数学模型、对测定结果的不确定来源进行分析并计算其扩展不确定度。结果表明:当婴儿配方奶粉中钾含量为444mg/100g时,在95%的置信区间下,其扩展不确定度为15mg/100g(k=2)。评定结果表明,拟合工作曲线求得样品溶液中钾浓度时引入的不确定贡献最大。The determination was according to GB5009.91-2017. Meanwhile,the mathematical model was established to analyze the sources of the uncertainty. Furthermore,the extended uncertainty of the measurement results was calculated under the condition of 95% confidence level. The results showed that the potassium in infant formula beverage was 444mg/100g, while the expanded uncertainty was 15mg/ 100g(k=2). The uncertainty mainly came from the calculation for the concentration of potassium in the sample solution by referring to the calibration curve.
