摘　　要：[目的]探讨放松训练及认知干预对冠状动脉介入手术病人围术期应激反应的影响。[方法]选取本院心内科收治的128例冠状动脉介入手术病人,根据随机数字表法将病人分为观察组及对照组各64例,对照组围术期行常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上应用放松训练联合认知干预,比较两组病人治疗前后心理应激反应、自我效能感、疾病不确定感及睡眠质量情况。[结果]观察组干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、疾病不确定感评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),而自我效能感评分、病人疾病认知评分、生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]放松训练及认知干预能有效增强病人自我效能感及疾病认知水平,可减轻冠状动脉介入手术病人应激反应及疾病不确定感,提高病人围术期生活质量。To investigate the effects of relaxation training and cognitive intervention on perioperative stress response in patients undergoing coronary artery intervention.Methods：128 cases of patients undergoing coronary artery intervention were divided into observation group（n=64） and control group （n=64） according to random number table from January 2017 to December 2017.The patients were divided into observation group （n=64） and control group （n=64） according to random number table.The control group was received with routine nursing interventions during the perioperative period and observation group was received with relaxation training and cognitive intervention.The psychological stress response,self-efficacy,uncertainty of disease and sleep quality of two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results：The scores of SAS,SDS and uncertainty of illness of observation group after intervention were lower than control group （P〈0.05）,while the self-efficacy score,quality of life score of observation group were lower than control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Relaxation training and cognitive intervention can effectively enhance the patients′ self-efficacy,relieve the stress reaction and uncertainty of disease in patients undergoing coronary artery intervention,and improve the perioperative quality of life.
