整体护理模式在白血病病人化疗期感染防控中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨整体护理模式在白血病病人化疗期感染防控中的应用效果。[方法]选取进行治疗的白血病病人60例,根据护理模式的不同,分为试验组和对照组,试验组采取整体护理模式,而对照组则采取常规护理模式,对两组病人进行护理,比较两组白血病病人在化疗期感染防控效果。[结果]干预后对照组病人感染率明显高于试验组病人(P<0.05);对照组病人化疗过程中恶心、呕吐发生率高于试验组(P<0.05)。试验组护理后情绪功能评分60.12分±9.87分、肢体功能评分70.45分±9.12分、认知功能评分80.43分±9.79分、社会功能评分47.53分±10.01分,均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]在白血病病人化疗期感染防控中采取整体护理模式效果较好,降低了病人在化疗期间的感染率,提高病人生存质量。To study the application of holistic nursing model in the prevention and control of leukemia patients during chemotherapy.Methods：60 cases of leukemia patients treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017,according to the different nursing models,divided into two groups,namely the observation group and control group,observation group of patients treated with holistic nursing mode,while patients in the control group take the routine nursing mode,nursing of two groups patients,compared two groups of patients with leukemia in application effect in the prevention and control of infection during chemotherapy.Results：The infection prevention and control effects of the two groups were compared between the two groups.The infection probability of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group,which was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The nausea and vomiting during chemotherapy were compared between the two groups.The above phenomenon was significantly higher than that of the observation group,which was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The observation group had a postoperative emotional function score of （60.12±9.87）points,a limb function score of （70.45±9.12）points,a cognitive function score of（80.43±9.79）points,and a social function score of（47.53±10.01）points,which were significantly better than the control group.There were significant differences in functional scores between the groups after different nursing （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In the prevention and treatment of infection in leukemia patients,the overall nursing mode is effective,reducing the probability of infection during chemotherapy,improving the quality of life of patients and reducing the pain of patients.
