“全民健身”引领下湖北省民生体育发展的困境及思考

摘　　要：对中部地区湖北省民生体育发展的现状进行调研和剖析,以明晰民生体育发展面临的困境,即政策理论缺乏、发展目标不明、城乡布局不平衡、民生体育脱离运动项目等,进而完善民生体育的理论,明确发展目标,缩小城乡差距,重视运动项目场地设施的建设和加强民众的运动项目参与意识等,以期为民生体育走出发展困境提供理论参考,为其他省市民生体育的发展提供依据。By investigating and analyzing the current situation of the development of people＇s livelihood sports in central Hubei Province,this paper clarified its dilemma, such as lack of policy theory, unclear development goals, unbalanced distribution of urban and rural areas, and separation of people＇s livelihood sports from sports, so as to improve the theory of people＇s livelihood sports, clarify development goals and narrow the gap between urban and rural, and attach importance to the construction of sports venues and facilities and strengthen people＇s awareness of sports participation. In order to provide theoretical reference for people＇s livelihood sports to go out of the development dilemma and provide basis for the development of other provinces＇ livelihood sports.
