摘　　要：为解决因为少儿的年龄特征无法准确理解教练示范动作和讲解,也很难精准地认识到自己错误动作错在什么地方的技术训练难点,运用Gopro的水下摄影技术,清晰呈现运动员游泳的技术视频画面,并配合教练员后期的视频播放、讲解、分析,有利于少儿运动员掌握并运用正确的游泳技术,提高运动成绩。To allow swimming athletes to better focus on the technical foundation-building part of the training during juniors. To tackle the problems resulted from youth athletes＇ inability to fully comprehend the instructions given by coaches and their failure to accurately identify errors during technical training. This study showed that the use of Gopro underwater camera followed by coaches＇ content-based analysis could effectively help youth athletes better master the skills and improve their performance.
